I lead the strategy team for's global with direct responsibilities for SEO, customer intent modelling, international footprint, content strategy, health, and optimization. The team is responsible for aligning the requests of hundreds of stakeholders across Cisco with the intent and desires of our customers, partners, and employee audiences.

I directed innovation consultancy and user experience groups, exercising my technical and creative expertise across many industries. My unique blend of experience in ideation, exectution and delivery aligned to adopting innovative technologies resulted in the formation of Isobar's first strategy innovation practice

United States Air Force: AFNET: My team provided innovation services to the USAF Netorking group during their applications transformation to a multi-cloud environment.

Cisco Systems: Digital Experiences: The Isobar Innovation Services team provided Cisco digital experiences with research, ideation, prototyping and delivery. Notable project: Cisco's Video Platform

Google Advanced Technology and Projects (ATAP): I led expereince design for the creation of a service platform designed to support Project ARA, a modular smart-phone platform. The project spanned everything from on device, in stores, and the technical design and integrations.Information on request

My team aslo embedded with Rosetta's internal 'Labs' initiative providing a focus on near-future relationships with technology in the wake of rapidly increasing data collection and analysis.

I started my career as a video game artist and animator contracting for Pixar. I then transitioned to web related digital products and applications working as a front end designer and developer. Ultimately my experience led me to leadership roles in agencies and Fortune 50 companies focused on formalizing user experience departments and innovative digital transformations.
