I knew that I needed to do some reading to formalize my vocabulary if I was to be taken seriously by developers and designers when discussing the way I think things should work so I went to Borders and found Information Architecture by Louis Rosenfeld et. al.
It is a great foundation to all things IA and has enlightened me to quite a few parts of the job that I didn’t initially realize I would be responsible for.
